The restaurant occupying space within the IT Beach Condominium building is in direct violation of Federal Law. The restaurants have taken over, with no authority or permissions the entire rooftop belonging to the IT Beach community and use it to profit themselves while violating the rights protected under law of all of the owners. They use common area space as their own to run an unauthorized nightclub and disturb all residents with loud music until two in the morning. The restaurant only owns 71 square meters of space on the rooftop, yet use all of the common rooftop terrace for their private business, preventing the enjoyment and peace by the owners. This is a clear and unambiguous violation of federal law as it infringes on the rights and peace of the other owners. Further, there is no permission given to play music which can be heard beyond 3 meters from the privately owned areas. The lawyers at one meeting, had blatantly stated, what are you going to do, we have more money than you.
